Dr. Blanchard received her
     Medical Doctor degree and
     a Masters Degree (prior to
     that) in Clinical Pathology
     from Hahnemann Medical
     College. For six and one-
     half years she completed
     her internship and
     residency in General
     Surgery at the Cleveland
     Clinic. She became Board
     Certified in Plastic and
     Reconstructive Surgery in
     1983, and has been in her
     Lake County private practice
     since 1984.
